This Privacy Policy explains how Peithad ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, stores, and protects your data when you use Peithad's secure models and AI agents to connect to your advertising and commerce platform accounts (including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Snap Ads, and Shopify), and when you use related features such as autonomous video processing and visual attention prediction.

Peithad is an independent application and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Pinterest, Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, or Shopify. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only.

1. Data We Collect

When you use Peithad, we may collect the following information:

• Facebook/Meta Profile Information: Including your name, email address, and Facebook ID, used solely for authentication and identification purposes.
• Meta Ads Account Permissions: We request access to your Meta Ads account to read campaign data, performance metrics, assets, and other advertising-related information. We do not request permissions beyond what is necessary for our functionality.
• Google Account Information: When you connect your Google Ads account, we collect your Google email address and basic profile information for authentication purposes.
• Google Ads Account Data: We request access to your Google Ads account to read campaign data, performance metrics, ad creatives, keywords, and other advertising-related information. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide our services.
• Pinterest, TikTok, Snap, & Shopify Account Information: Similar to Meta and Google, we collect necessary authentication data (such as advertiser IDs, business center IDs, and domain configurations) when you connect these platforms.
• Advertising Account Data: We request access to read campaigns, ad groups, creatives, performance metrics, and audience configurations. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide our services.
• Usage Metadata: We collect data such as timestamps, API calls made, account identifiers, or error logs for operational and debugging purposes. Access to these logs is restricted to authorized personnel.

We do not collect or store:

• Your passwords for Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, Snap, or Shopify.
• Any private messages or unrelated personal content.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used only for the following purposes:

• To authenticate you securely across platforms.
• To access your advertising accounts securely and make your data available to our autonomous AI engine for video processing and attention prediction.
• To connect our AI to your ad platforms so it can analyze, suggest, or — where you instruct — carry out ad operations and scale campaigns.
• To improve our system performance and reliability.

Your data is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used beyond the described scope.

3. Data Sharing

We only share your advertising and commerce data with:

• The AI/LLM system integrated within Peithad, for the purpose of providing insights, visual prediction, or automated workflows.
• Internal services necessary to perform the requested operations.

All data sharing is done securely using encrypted connections.

4. Platform API Policies Compliance

Google API Services User Data Policy: Peithad's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements (including retargeting), do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it without explicit consent, except for security and legal purposes.

Pinterest Developer & API Terms Compliance: We only use Pinterest data to provide and improve user-facing advertising-management features. We do not store this data long-term, do not join it with personal information, do not sell it, and do not use it to train AI models (except for models personalized strictly to you).

5. Data Storage and Security

• We store access tokens and minimal user metadata securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
• Your advertising data may be cached temporarily for performance but is not stored long-term without your explicit consent.
• Logs and analytical data may contain account identifiers for debugging and support purposes. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.

6. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to revoke permissions from Peithad at any time via your respective platform settings (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Shopify). You can also request the deletion of your data stored by us or request details about the data we process by contacting us at privacy@peithad.com.

7. Third-Party Services

This App may connect to third-party services like Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, Snap, Shopify, and AI tools. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please refer to their respective privacy policies.

8. Advertising and Analytics

We use third-party advertising and analytics services to measure and improve our marketing effectiveness, such as Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel. These services may use cookies and similar tracking technologies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here, and we encourage you to review it regularly. If significant changes are made, we will notify users via in-app messaging or email.

10. AI and Model Training

As of today, we do not use customer content or connected advertising and commerce data to train foundational AI models for product improvement across all users. If we introduce "smart" features that benefit from learning across accounts, we will provide advance notice and an account-level opt-out before using customer content for that purpose. For hosted LLM providers, we send only what's necessary and configure privacy-preserving/no-training settings where available.

11. Aggregated Insights & Benchmarks

We may use data from connected advertising accounts to produce anonymized, aggregated statistical summaries (e.g., median click-through rates). These summaries are derived across multiple accounts with safeguards (e.g., minimum cohort size of 20 accounts) to ensure no individual advertiser's performance can be inferred. Individual account metrics are never shared.
